Abstract
На XVIII съезде КПК и 3-м пленуме ЦК КПК были сформулированы задачи перестройки управления железнодорожной отраслью КНР с одновременным осуществлением мер, обеспечивающих повышение ее инвестиционной привлекательности. В процессе реформирования Министерство железных дорог КНР было упразднено.
